The freestyle area at Lac Blanc, in the heart of the Vosges Mountains,<\/strong><\/a> is the perfect spot for thrill-seekers on the slopes. Featuring a boardercross<\/strong> and a modular snowpark<\/strong>, this area provides an ideal playground for skiers and snowboarders, from beginners to experienced riders.<\/p>

Located between the Montjoie red run and the La Maze blue run, the Lac Blanc boardercross<\/strong> offers a course over 300 metres long<\/strong>, with a vertical drop of 185 metres.<\/p>

This wide track allows multiple riders to race side by side, navigating through whoops and banked turns<\/strong> in a thrilling race where the first to cross the finish line takes the win.<\/p>

The Lac Blanc snowpark<\/strong> is an evolving space, designed for riders of all levels, that adapts to weather conditions. With its different levels, the kickers are adjusted by the shapers based on snow coverage, offering a variety of jumps suited to all skill levels: from XS (easy) to XL (extremely difficult).<\/strong><\/p>

Each jump is shaped and maintained daily<\/strong> to ensure optimal conditions. In cases of insufficient snow, ice, or adverse weather, the slope may remain open, but some features could be closed.<\/p>

The snowpark also includes slide boxes such as a rainbow<\/strong> and two flat boxes<\/strong>, perfect for linking tricks.<\/p>

The slope is accessible to both skiers and snowboarders.<\/p>

For beginners looking to try freestyle, a space with modules funded by the Ski Club Vall\u00e9e Montagne of Saint-Di\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> has been set up on the Bichette green run and is freely accessible<\/strong>.<\/p>

It features three small slide boxes<\/strong>, perfect for safely experiencing the first sensations of sliding.<\/strong> It’s an ideal opportunity to get a taste of the freestyle world before moving on to more technical features in the snowpark!<\/p>
