Bike Park

The Lac Blanc Bike Park, in the heart of the Vosges, is recognized as one of the best bike parks in France and the top one in the Grand Est. If you love downhill mountain biking (DH), you won’t be disappointed here!

Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, there are trails suited to your level, ranging from fast and technical descents to more accessible routes, perfect for getting acquainted with the terrain. Whether you prefer freeride or cross-country, each descent promises a thrilling experience in a safe environment supervised by professionals.

The trails are well-maintained (even pampered) by the Bike Patrol crew: the shapers know their playground inside and out and continuously work on the trails throughout the season. You’re sure to cross paths with them! They also ensure the safety of all riders and can provide tips on routes and ways to improve your descents.

Where to purchase your pass and rent your equipment?

The easiest way to get your pass and rent your equipment is to go to Lac Blanc 900, at L’Auberge du Vallon (Le Bonhomme). There, you’ll be at the base station of the chairlift: the ski lift ticket office is located there, along with the rental service for downhill mountain bikes and protective gear.

If you already have a point card from the Lac Blanc resort, you can also recharge your pass online at rapideloc.com.

You can also arrive at Lac Blanc 1200, at the Col du Calvaire, and then take the chairlift down to Lac Blanc 900 for free if you need to pick up equipment or want to make your first descent on the trails before getting your pass at the ticket office at Lac Blanc 900.

Equipment and services at the Bike Park

On-site at the Bike Park, you can take advantage of numerous services that will make your life easier!

At the ski lift ticket offices, you’ll find essential products for maintaining and repairing your bike: brake pads, inner tubes, handlebars, grips, and more.

At Lac Blanc 900, you can use the wash station for your mountain bike: 5 washing stations are available for free during the Bike Park’s opening hours (provided there are no water restriction orders, of course).

Near l’Auberge du Vallon, you can freshen up! 6 shower cabins are accessible during the opening hours of the inn (shower tokens are available for a fee; inquire on-site).

Restrooms are also available at the inn during these hours.

Planning to spend the night on-site? Camping is allowed at Lac Blanc 900, as long as you respect the area and follow a few simple rules:

  • no campfires
  • respect other campers
  • keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM
  • sort your waste in the recycling bins.

Outdoor activities for those accompanying you
