Proud of our human-scale estate, our wines come exclusively from the vines we grow. The basis of our work comes from the land, the vines and the climate: the terroir.
To protect this most precious of assets and enhance its richness, we have opted for Organic Farming. Our parcel-based approach to viticulture aims to reflect the mosaic of terroirs on our estate in each of our cuvées.
To best express the sensory diversity of each of our 3 Grands Terroirs, we allow fermentation to take place spontaneously. Then, with a non-interventionist approach, we simply accompany our wines with a long maturation in century-old tuns.
