Vincent Strakar, by training of “Maître Chocolatier-Confiseur” has learned how to control the dosing of cocoa, sugar, milk and cream, in order to made delicious ganaches and pralines. He uses traditional techniques and recipes and pay attention at the quality on each step of the making.
The quality of the products relies on his know-how, by respecting traditions, technology and precision of mixtures.
