The smart card

To use the ski lifts at Lac Blanc, you’ll need a valid pass. This pass is loaded onto a smart card, which you can purchase at the ski lift ticket offices:

  • at Lac Blanc 900 (chairlift departure, at Vallon)
  • at Lac Blanc 1200 (chairlift arrival, Col du Calvaire)

The card costs €2 each, including a refundable €1.50 deposit and €0.50 for unlimited rental.

If you don’t have a smart card, you will need to go directly to the ski lift ticket offices to purchase your first pass. If you already have a smart card from Lac Blanc station (you can also use one from the Lac Blanc Bike Park), you can top up your day, 4-hour, or season pass online at www.lac-blanc.fr.

Points card

Opting for a “points card” pass can be more advantageous than a timed pass, especially if you plan to ski intermittently or for a short period (particularly for beginners). With this type of pass, you only pay for the lifts you use, which can save you money if you only make a few runs during the day or if you enjoy taking frequent breaks. It’s also a flexible solution that better fits your specific needs.

There are two options for loading your smart card (available for €2) with points:

  • 20-point pass for €23
  • 40-point pass for €46

In the table below, you will find the number of points deducted based on the ski lifts used.

If you don’t use all the points on the card, they remain valid indefinitely (even for the following season).

The points card with a 20-point pass (chip card for €2 + 20 points for €23, totaling €26) is available at the reception desk of the tourist office located in the welcome building at Col du Calvaire in Lac Blanc 1200.

This pass is also available for purchase at the reception desk of the tourist office located in the welcome building at Col du Calvaire in Lac Blanc 1200.
